Request for Expressions of Interest [REOI] issued for Phase 1 of the Coquihalla Highway

Partnerships British Columbia, on behalf of the Province of British Columbia, is initiating a competitive process for a proposed arrangement to operate and service the 109-kilometre section of the Coquihalla Highway between Hope and Merritt. Under the proposed arrangement, the Province will enter into a 55-year agreement granting a private sector firm the right to manage, operate, maintain and rehabilitate the Highway, and to collect and retain tolls on the Highway.
