I am committed to helping others in our local and global community. I love life and shares this with those around me. My real passion is for helping people in need. There is no task too small and no challenge too great when human lives are at stake. The energy and love I bring to my personal life is also reflected in my professional life.

In the final analysis my worldview can be boiled down to two words ... ... Love & Service.

My experience and expertise combine well to meet the current and continuing needs of local, national, and global communities. As an active member of global non-profit organizations aimed at helping some of the most needy sectors of humanity I am an advocate for building sustainable circles of communities with supplemental resources, needs, and opportunities.

I see technology as an effective tool for helping the members of the global community achieve successful implementations of their diverse visionary goals of peaceful co-operation, participation and harmonization of social, economic, environmental, health, security and educational communities around the world.

I believe in the human Spirit and that by bringing the hearts of diverse nations, cultures, languages, and geographies together as one common humanitarian community in an all-inclusive, encompassing manner where individual viewpoints are respected and treated with dignity and fairness - that anything is possible … all we need is to have faith and act on it!

Professional

With over 20 years experience in successfully designing, developing, deploying, and supporting complex information systems for governments, NGOs, and businesses I have led the business development, project management, and systems/software engineering efforts related to US Government Global Health and Security systems for 2 large USG contractors, Black & Veatch and URS Corporation, resulting in contracts estimated at $60 M and $100 M respectively. As stated in a recent review “David has been a vital part of the URS Federal Services Global Security Group, contributing to the growth of our business and entry into the Global Health and Security market which will generate an estimated $50 million USD per year in revenue.”

I seek senior staff positions within organizations where I can use my extensive international experience in Business Development, Proposal Management, Quality Management Systems, Technology Innovation, and Project Management for US Federal Agencies to create strategic opportunities, develop innovative capabilities, and implement effective solutions which make the world a better place.
